New, Estate and Antique Jewelry at incredible prices! VINTAGE LARGE MENS 14K YELLOW GOLD NUGGET WRISTWATCH. We are proud to offer this VERY UNIQUE vintage wristwatch for a man. While it is not possible to exactly date this watch we believe it was probably made in the 1970’s. This timepiece is stamped “14K” on the case back, and we acid tested the band and case back to insure that the entire watch is. (not plated or filled). Featured in this custom made watch are one hundred and twenty small round diamonds pave set in the dial. Please note that it is difficult to gauge the size of pave set diamonds but we can say that the total diamond weight is between one half and one carat. These NATURAL and GENUINE gemstones are only fair quality with characteristic inclusions (I1-2), but they are white (H-I) and fairly bright, and the dial has a lot of bling! LARGE NUGGET STYLE TIMEPIECE. WHOPPING 85.5 GRAMS. Total, the case is 33.5mm (over 1.25) wide, and the overall length is 8.25 inches with an inside circumference of 7.5 inches. This clean vintage timepiece is in GOOD PRE-OWNED CONDITION FOR IT’S AGE (around 50 years old) with some stretch on the band so it’s a little loose, and minor scuffs on the case back. The quartz movement has just been serviced (including a new battery) and it is setting and winding smoothly and keeping accurate time. This timepiece is stamped “14K” on the clasp, and we acid tested the band, case, case back, and diamond dial to insure that the entire watch, with the exception of the movement, is. (not plated or filled). Featured in this custom made watch are seventy six full cut round diamonds pave set in the dial. Please note that it is difficult to gauge the size of pave set diamonds but we can say that they are one to one and a half pointers, so we approximate the total gem weight at between three quarters and one carat. These NATURAL and GENUINE gemstones are nicely matched and GOOD QUALITY, BRIGHT AND VIBRANT! Every one is flawless to the naked eye (SI or better) and white (G-H). LARGE NUGGET STYLE TIMEPIECE. WHOPPING 80.5 GRAMS. Including the small quartz movement which only weighs a couple grams, it is 27mm (over one”) wide, 7.25 inches long with an inside circumference of 6.75″ (so it will not fit a large wrist), and it has a secure clasp and a safety latch for added security. Nice 18k rose gold case with added after market custom 18k white gold diamond bezel fitted on top the original bezel (see close up picture). This watch size at 32 mm diameter was a considered typical sized gentlemans watch in the 40s. Fitted with a nice generic (un-brand) brown leather strap. The polished 18k rose gold case is in excellent condition having been very well cared for and shows only the the faintest signs of wear. The snap in case-back into place very satisfying and has never been inscribed. The case measures just 32mm in across diameter, excluding the. Makes the watch better suited for a lady given the modern trend for out-sized watches. The inside of the case-back is signed Patek Philippe. Swiss 96 Sr 306187. This watch housed a. High grade caliber movement in very clean condition. Watch currently is running strong. No serviced record is found. Overall condition of watch is rated 9 out of 10 scale.
